I give this lithium battery a five-star rating because it works very well and comes with a detailed instruction manual.
It delivers a more powerful starting performance than other batteries and offers a long runtime without running out of power quickly like lead-acid batteries.
Found that TYKOOL LiFePO4 batteries are great. One is in my Motorcycle, One is in my 50cc scooter, One is in my small lawn mower and One is in my Large Mower. They are so worth the investment (5 so far). You can't beat these for power, light and easy to handle. Have had no problems with TYKOOL LiFeP04.
Once I got this properly installed, it has made my mower start up far more easily than with the standard lead acid batteries I had used before. That's of course because it has a substantially higher CCA. The capacity of this battery is only 8 AH, versus around 30 AH for a lead acid battery. That would potentially be a problem if you were running it without the engine running, like to run accessories. But in the normal use case, you just need to get it started and then it's running off the power from the stator on the engine. One thing to note is that this battery is extremely light. That turns out to be because about 2/3rds of the volume inside the battery case is just empty. It's entirely possible to make a battery of this size have several times the capacity, but that would be more expensive. So, it really depends on your use. I'm hoping this lasts for many years--far longer than my previous lead acid batteries did.
Facing the perennial lawn mower battery problem, I thought I'd try one of these. I installed it a couple of months before it would be needed, Battery is light, as might be expected. Installed perfectly as far as size, electrical connections, mechanics etc. I (intentionally) didn't give it a booster charge before trying to start the machine 60 + days later. The status display seems to be accurate and useful. Only 3 uses to date but each time it's been successful with a machine that likes (needs) a good battery. Time will tell; I'm certainly happy with it so far. I did do the full throttle test - probably a good idea.
Couple months in and the battery has a lot of crank power. No regrets.

I run LED lights on my mower and an electric fan. Am I able to tie both batteries together if II run LED lights on my mower and an electric fan. Am I able to tie both batteries together if I buy the two pack to keep up with the power drain

Even with two batteries of the exact same model, minor manufacturing variations mean their cold cranking amps (CCA) and cell voltages will not be 100% identical. - For example, with the U1-S-400 model you inquired about, while every unit is produced to meet or exceed 400 CCA, actual tests show slight variations—one battery might test just over 400 CCA, while another could test closer to 500 CCA. When connected in parallel, these slight differences cause one battery to bear more load and degrade much faster than the other. - Please note that damage caused by connecting batteries in parallel is not covered under our standard warranty. If you do not mind this risk, you can still purchase the two-pack and run them together, but we strongly recommend exploring a safer and more durable alternative. - Since your lawn mower has aftermarket equipment like LED lights and an electric fan, we recommend considering our highest-capacity model, the U1-PRO-800.
